  • Each team may bring 6 people to the Summit. envision cannot support more than 6 people per team. We understand that sometimes there are structural barriers that may affect how many people each team can bring, however, we ask that organizations recognize the importance of this opportunity for CHWs and support their travel to come to the Summit if possible.

My team wants to only bring two CHWs. Is there rationale for bringing three CHWs? Written rationale in APHA policy: at least 50% CHW representation. Read More Here

  • Are the Summit CoPs a requirement for Summit attendees? No, it’s an offering for attendees to deepen their understanding before attending the Summit. The Summit CoPs are a great opportunity to prepare for the Summit. Not all attendees will have attended CoPs.

Who can attend? While all envision webinars are open to everyone, the work we do in the Summit CoPs is limited to Summit attendees.

if recipients are constrained by their organizational structure and can’t send 6 folks, could those who are not attending the Summit still attend the Summit CoPs. We are strongly encouraging Summit attendees to be the folks in the Summit CoPs, but could certainly consider making an exception for these folks. Reach out to us via our contact email here.
